We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Human Resource Administrator to become part of our growing team on a part-time basis, working three days a week. As a Human Resource Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth processes within our company. Responsibilities
Attendance, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Verifying employee attendance and clarifying with managers on unaccounted-for absences.
- Ensuring attendance and payroll records are accurate.
- Keeping an accurate record and management of all staff leave entitlements (Annual Leave, Public Holiday, Compassionate Leave, Wedding Leave, etc.)
- Addressing employee questions about company policies such as attendance, leave entitlements, compensation, and benefits.
- Preparing details for submission to the accountant for monthly payroll.
- Keeping a record and providing periodic reports of employee benefits utilisation.
Team Morale/ Team Building Efforts
- Managing the budget for team morale/team building efforts, e.g., ad-hoc team building events, team lunches, festive celebrations, etc.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Preparing job description and listings for open positions.
- Shortlisting suitable candidates for open positions.
- Preparing standard HR documents like Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letters and Probation Letters, etc. as instructed by managers.
- Basic orientation and on-boarding for new employees before handing over to managers.
Applicant Requirements:
- Previous HR experience will be prioritised
- Previous experience managing and administrating a HRM app/ software will be prioritised
