Our client is a leading manufacturer & sales in the trucks and heavy vehicle
about the role:
- Develop retail specific guidelines or processes
- Review on network strategy plans to meet the growth ambition
- Implementation of Customer Satisfaction survey action plan
- Defining long-term roadmap of uptime and retail business application
- Secure market readiness on new product launch
- Benchmark incentive program models and provide guidelines for importers/dealers
- Establish/improvise audit tool (DAT) and dashboard for QR audit progress monitoring
skills and experience required
- Msc / Degree / Diploma in engineering / business or related
- Min 3 years of experience in dealer automotive / heavy trucks retail/network development
- Good commercial vehicle industry knowledge and experience is an added advantage
- Good understanding of dealer operations and dealer financial management
