Admin and Secretarial Support (Full-time and Part-time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and handle the despatch of documents to clients
  • data entry and filing of documents (physical and electronic)
  • General admin duties including collect/ sort/ distribute all incoming mail and courier items, answering phone calls, and serving refreshments to clients, photocopying and scanning
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the lawyers and staff
  • manage and co-ordinate with thrid-party service providers such as IT services
  • purchasing and maintaining office supplies (eg stationery, pantry
  • calendaring

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘A’-levels and above
  • Relevant working experience of at least 3 to 4 years in a law firm or professional service provider firm is an advantage.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin or dialects
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel)
