Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and handle the despatch of documents to clients
- data entry and filing of documents (physical and electronic)
- General admin duties including collect/ sort/ distribute all incoming mail and courier items, answering phone calls, and serving refreshments to clients, photocopying and scanning
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the lawyers and staff
- manage and co-ordinate with thrid-party service providers such as IT services
- purchasing and maintaining office supplies (eg stationery, pantry
- calendaring
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’-levels and above
- Relevant working experience of at least 3 to 4 years in a law firm or professional service provider firm is an advantage.
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, well-organised and can work well under time constraints.
- Good command of English and Mandarin or dialects
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel)
