Job Responsibilities
- Continuous development / enhancement for Digital Box Office (DBO) kiosk, for example improving user experience, new payment type, etc.
- Onsite support on DBO hardware issues
- Remote support on DBO customers transactions dispute
- Quick Tix System and hardware (scanner) support for all Locations
- Location PC, POS printers / tickets support
- Support Cinema Autogate systems
- Support Media Sales Advertising @ Digital Box Office (DBO) such as ticket banners, videos and images
- Procurement of hardware
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relevant certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT development and support experiences
- Strong development skills using PHP & Oracle database and knowledge in IT infrastructure/networking areas
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Process-oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Experience with vendor management
