We are looking for a Client Account Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, coordinate projects, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare project proposals, quotes, and contracts for client approval.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure projects are executed to client specifications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and capabilities to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the signage or related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a non-calculative mindset.
- Willingness to work 5.5 days a week and stay back if required to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
