RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support for M&A and investment activities, including initial evaluation and ongoing monitoring.
- Review and analyse investment presentations, financial models, and other relevant materials to support investment transactions.
- Formulate well-reasoned investment recommendations based on thorough analysis and draft detailed investment memos to support recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support investment transactions.
- Assist senior management in overseeing portfolio companies, providing analytical support and performance monitoring.
- Prepare strategy discussion materials for Board meetings.
- University degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Proficient in investment and business analysis, financial modelling, and preparation of presentations and investment memos.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in investment related roles.
- Prior experience in renewable energy, fossil fuel, and maritime industries is advantageous but not required.
