Job Summary:
Our client is a reputable logistics company specializing in government projects. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5 and responsible for handling inquiries. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining efficient operations within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer inquiries (call or email) and complaints effectively.
- Assist team members in resolving complex or challenging cases.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when dealing with customers.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on the department performance metrics.
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a customer service-related role.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
