Patient Service Associate (Office hour clinics)
Contract (2-yr)
Up to $2400
Need to be comfortable to be rotated within multiple clinics.
"Monday to Friday (5 days work week)
8am to 5:30pm / 8:30pm to 6pm (Rotating staggered shift)
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service to patients
- Assist patients in making registrations and appointments
- Handle patients’ queries
- Provide financial counselling to patients when necessary
Requirement:
- Minimum of N/O level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experiences in healthcare or customer service industry will be an added advantage
