Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline customer service and perform patients’ registration at the counter.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries.
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments.
• Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties.
• Assist the doctor in consultation room for simple examination procedures (training will be provided).
• Perform data entry duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Min. N/O level/Nitec/diploma/any equivalent.
• Possess great interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for customer service and healthcare.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome as trainings will be provided.
