Responsibilities:
· Software maintenance support and servicing
· Troubleshooting network-related issues on MS Windows and Office 365
· Installation and migration of Microsoft Windows, Linux or Citrix
· Configuration and installation of servers, cisco routers, cisco PIX, checkpoint, watchguard firewalls, MS Windows environment
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or professional certifications in MCSE, CCNA, etc
· With experience in supporting MS Windows / Unix / Linux networking environment
· Knowledge of VMWare / HP / IBM Blade servers / SAN storage would be an added advantage
· Working knowledge of HP and IBM servers, Cisco switches / routers or firewalls, MS AD design, routers, firewalls, storage area networks, Microsoft Exchange server, etc
· Good interpersonal skills
