Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Core Mobile Network and International Gateway infrastructure
- Be part of the Fraud Management team to strengthen M1's protection against spam/spoof calls and Short Message
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve service-related complaints from customers and overseas partners in a timely manner
- Liaise with vendor and internal unties to perform software patching and upgrades
- Collaborate with internal units to perform execution of configuration change requests
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Highly motivated individual and good team player with a positive and keen-to-learn attitude
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English
- Basic technical knowledge on computer networking
- Able to perform standby and shift duties
