Job Scope
- Carry out QC sampling on production & raw materials
- To assist in the improvement of the QA protocols
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s food safety management system, QA standards, customer requirements, certification audits, and regulations for quality and food safety control processes.
- Calculation of Nutritional Information Panel of products
- Assist in the creation of various food products
- To carry out some research work
- Conduct basic sensory evaluation (e.g. tasting sessions)
- Assist in scale-up trials and process optimization.
- Assist in food application-related projects
- Application of ingredients in final products
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience
Work in the western region, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6pm)
Probation 3 months
