Our client is one of the TOP 5 Food Distributor in Singapore. We are hiring a Customer Service Executive proficient in Korean/Japanese to liaise with Korea/Japan's client.
- Handle inquiries from Korean/Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide detailed information about food products and services, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Liaise between clients and internal departments (such as sales, logistics, and quality control) to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Korean or Japanese to liaise with Korean/Japanese speaking client.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food distribution or related industry will be added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Information:
Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat))
Salary: $3000-$3200
