Job Title: Finance Accounts Payable Manager, Temp
Job Location: Biopolis, Singapore
Job Type: Contract - 1+1 year (option to exercise)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
You will be part of the Accounts Payable Shared Services team responsible for the following duties;
- Timely review and approval of payments to vendors and ensuring SLA and KPI are met
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on AP and intra-company cost recovery matters
- Ensure all requests for intra-company cost recoveries are processed timely and accurately with the supporting cost recovery information
- Work with the Accounts Payable Heads/DD to streamline work processes, review aged open blocked invoices to ensure proper action/follow-up is completed with resolutions
- Ensure all processes and procedures are complying with internal control and accounting policies and procedures
- Timely review of withholding tax submissions prepared by AP associates
- Work closely with users from Entities to enhance business processes and internal controls
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or equivalent accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5years of accounting experience in shared services environment
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skill
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- Proficient in SAP and strong Excel skills.
