- Perform professional aesthetics tech based lux hair & scalp treatment services with excellent skill and service attitude
- Conduct head massages, wash & blow styling services, hair spa and hair loss treatments for clients
- Provide quality customer services and maintain high standard of professionalism
- Provide consultation and professional advice to clients on treatment and procedures
- Deliver hair spa and wellness therapy services in accordance with organizational service standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory level of hair care supplies and report any shortages in a timely manner
- Follow safety, sanitation and health standards
- Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
- Play an active role in customer referral and retention
- Frontline duties e.g. appointment making, reception, customer service, etc
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness of the outlet
