The Company
The company is a Real Estate Private Markets division of a renowned group and sponsor, encompassing both Public and Private market business units. Operating on a global scale, it has effectively invested in a diverse portfolio of traditional and innovative real estate assets, while successfully launching multiple Funds. With a strong appetite for aggressive growth, the accounting operations team is set to expand further, necessitating an immediate recruitment for an Assistant Finance Manager to join its Singapore team.
The Position
In this role, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Group Financial Controller. Your core responsibilities will involve overseeing full sets of accounts, financial statements, management accounts, and ensuring timely account closures. You will liaise with stakeholders and the Finance Shared Service team to prepare financial reports, tax reports, statutory reports, and any necessary ad-hoc reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, including intercompany loans and working capital needs, preparing GST and tax submissions, and supporting internal and external audit processes. Furthermore, you will conduct financial analysis, with a specific focus on revenue and expense analysis.
The Person
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accountancy and a minimum of 3 to 4 year of experience in a similar role. To excel in this position, candidates should showcase strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results promptly, even in demanding, fast-paced environments. The role offers one day work from home.
