Responsibilities
- To assist in reception counter duties including attending to various requests from all walk-in and call-in external and internal customers including queries from parents on financial assistance.
- To receive goods procured by the school and maintain a daily record of all mail and deliveries received.
- To assist Relief Team in monitoring staff attendance and daily attendance of contract staff.
- To assist in printing services for all staff including printing / photocopy worksheets, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the school staff for school / students’ use.
- General administrative and front desk duties assigned by the Administration Managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and office administration, preferably in a school
- Able to communicate and write in English
- Meticulous, able to work independently and have an eye for detail
- Familiar with IT word processing and spreadsheet applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Adept at handling office equipment eg laminating and binding machines, photocopier.
- A team player with a pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills
Contract Period: 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Jul 2025 with an option to extend
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
