Responsibilities
- Assisting preparation and submission of insurance claims into the insurance portal
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of claims forms and documents
- Ensuring all documentation and information are adhered to procedures and compliance
- Tracking the claims status and follow up on any outstanding disputes
- Reconciling insurance claims to invoices in the system
Requirements
- Has relevant experience (preferably in finance/data entry)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Meticulous
- Team player
