Overview:
Our Healthcare Client is looking for Assistant Finance Manager to be part of the Costing and Pricing team which works closely with various stakeholders to execute activity based costing and marked to market pricing of the respective clinical services.
Job Description:
- Implement and interpret policies and guidelines from the Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Work with stakeholders to cost services according to National Costing Guidelines (NCG) for MOH submissions.
- Develop and maintain standard costing and pricing models for new and existing services.
- Regularly update fees to address cost inflation and ensure financial sustainability.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in national projects and system implementations related to costing and billing.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of finance working experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience with scripting and data visualization tools, such as Python and Power BI
- Experience in healthcare sector or system implementation projects will be an advantage
