Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Manager to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Key Account Manager:
- Oversee and manage waterproofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
- Utilize and update extensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials. Implement best practices from industry advancements.
- Work with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure projects meet local construction regulations and safety standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement and cost savings in waterproofing solutions.
- Regularly report on monthly sales figures for waterproofing products and projects.
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring continuous development and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System, ISO, OHSAS standards, and relevant legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience
