Job Title: Welding Inspector
Outline of Career Trial Objectives
- Promote quality awareness throughout the organization, emphasizing excellence, continuous improvement and corrective action to influence the overall success of company business.
- Understand the welding advance knowledge of TIG, MIG, laser, butt, and arc welding techniques and good management and supervision skills. Inspecting completed welds.
- Demonstrating correct welding procedures.
- Checking welding specifications for a job.
- Ensuring the correct equipment and materials are being used for a weld. Assessing the quality and strength of completed welds.
Requirement
- At lease 3 Years of experience as Quality Welding Inspector in Oil and Gas construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Observant and analytical.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Possess AWS certified CWI or TWI certified CSWIP 3.1 level 2
