Job Description:
- Oversee roster planning and attendance tracking.
- Manage personnel files, confirmation processes, leave requests, and resignations.
- Facilitate staff onboarding and induction training.
- Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations.
- Lead or engage in continuous service improvement efforts.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.
- Address and manage feedback effectively.
- Handle charge reconciliation and outpatient appointment bookings.
- Fulfill additional tasks as delegated by supervisor.
- Contribute to achieving both individual and team KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays
