AsiaOne is looking for candidates who have experience in digital advertising solutions and driving sales to advertisers and their agencies at all hierarchical levels. You will work with both existing and prospecting clients and be responsible for their long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Drive digital advertising growth with Agencies and Clients
- Sell integrated digital solutions across content, video, display, and social
- Own and hit/exceed personal sales targets within assigned industries/sectors
- Work with the campaign manager to monitor campaign performance to ensure success metrics are met
- Enthusiastic team player, able to collaborate with colleagues across different functions and business units
Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong analytical ability and adaptable to changes
- Operates as a dynamic "hunter" and demand generator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, and self-motivated with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of driving new business growth
- Independent worker and able to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to generate new sales leads, media plans and develop compelling proposals
- Analyse research and develop strategy that generates new business revenue
- Preferred experience working in agencies, digital media, media advertising, and content marketing
Eligibility Criteria:
- Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents
- 2-3 years in a digital media sales, in an advertising, marketing and or communications field.
