Main roles and responsibilities:-
- Conduct telesales calls with healthcare practitioners.
- Understand customers buying patterns to initiate repeat orders through follow up calls.
- Document sales call and update client records.
- Respond to customer queries, facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to execute marketing objectives through telesales calls.
- To proactively collect market intelligence and share that information to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:-
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with telesales preferred
- Remuneration includes basic salary + Commission.
