IT Executive
Working Location: HQ – 21 Tai Seng
Working Hours: Office hour ( 8-6pm)
Working Days:Monday- Friday
Salary Range:$3,500 – $4,000 ( Depends on Experience) | Junior $3,000-$3,200
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide support for retail application, office and store infrastructure
- Monitor daily operational IT problems and report to relevant party when necessary
- Follow up tickets related to IT matters within business unit;
- Administration for email and D365 user
- Onboarding & offboarding new/ resigned staffs
- Involve D365 version upgrade and deployment
- Ability to identify efficiently the cause of the reported incident
- Maintain an Inventory of hardware/ software Licenses and keep it up to date with the changes take place as and when
- Document IT support processes and procedures
- To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisors
Requirement
- Able to perform under tight schedule
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in supporting retail POS system
- Familiar with service desk system
- Experience in setting up new retail store & retail industry is a MUST
- Willing to work beyond office hour depends on urgency
