Hiap Tong Crane & Transport is hiring HR cum Admin Assistant (Temp Staff / Contract staff) with below job descriptions:
Job Description & Requirements
- Assist in HR Administrations such as maintaining of P-file and payroll system
- Assist in Payroll processing
- Submission of statutory claims such as NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare leave
- Assist on payroll audit
- Assist in insurance claim for WICA and medical
- Administer all work passes related matters for employees which includes application, renewal, cancellation and appeal.
- Administer and execute HR policies and programmes
- Support in workplace grievances and disciplinary issues
- Liaise and assist with government agenices on statistic survey, funding, applications and claims
- Any other assigned task
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource or at least 02 years HR experience
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
Transportation provided to and from Pioneer MRT station
