Our client is an UK based MNC dealing with confectionery manufacturing and R&D; they are currently seeking for:
R&Q Laboratory Assistant
Job Scope:
Assisting Product Developers in Gum and Candy team by giving support on existing project work which may involve but not limited to the following:
- Raw Material Management – ordering, maintaining supplies, disposal of expired materials
- Ingredient preparation and weighing
- batch preparation and mixing
- benchtop trials and prototyping
- perform sensory and shelf life evaluation
- cleaning and maintenance of the lab, ensure consumables supplies in lab (ziplock bags, etc.)
- desktop research
- data analysis
- data collation and report writing
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree (Food Science or Science Major)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Basic skill set at Microsoft excel and power point
- Attention to details
Location: Boon Lay
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Mon-Fri
Benefits: S$3000 of medical/ dental / optical per month, 18 days annual leave
