Job Description:
- To plan and analyse customers’ OTB budget and liaise with customers on merchandising plan and ensure that it is aligned with the brand’s growth strategies and direction.
- Stock Management – Work closely with customers to manage stocks in retail stores and warehouse, stock forecasting & allocation/ order and monitoring of incoming shipments and sales sell-in or out volume.
- Support and plan execution of in-season activities with customers which include repeat orders, markdowns & stock consolidation.
- Undertake tactical actions to hit KPIs which include sales target, sell in, sell through, and achieve optimal inventory level closing stocks.
- Coordinating with internal team and customers on shipment delivery, payment, defective claim, returns, report generation etc.
- Work closely with Marketing team to support brand and visual merchandising direction to customers.
- Able to constantly monitor customers’ stores to ensure in-store excellence.
- Assist in forecast profits/sales and yearly budgets planning.
- Being aware and informative on competitors' performance.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
