Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.
Job Requirements
- Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries.
- Able to commit to a 12-night hour shift basis including weekends and public holidays.
- Working schedule: 5-day work week, needs to be comfortable working shift work with inflexible day-off
- Working hours: 09.30pm to 08.15am.
- Payable of night shift allowance.
