Responsibilities:
1. Customer Training and Support:
· Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers to ensure effective utilization of the SaaS platform.
· Provide ongoing support and resolve any issues customers encounter in their daily use of the platform.
2. Product Optimization and Feedback:
· Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
· Collaborate with the product development team to implement enhancements based on customer insights.
3. Billing and Account Management:
· Oversee the regular billing processes and ensure accurate and timely invoicing for subscription services.
· Manage customer accounts and assist with any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
4. Sales of Value-Added Products:
· Promote and sell online value-added products to existing customers to enhance their platform experience.
· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features and services.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters related to the platform.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or new energy sector.
3. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with CRM systems and billing software is advantageous.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese is required in order to work closely with Chinese speaking associate
