Job Description
- Attend site meeting and project co-ordination.
- Project administration (plan, schedule, coordinating and project managing work/program).
- Supervise unstuffing and warehousing , delivery at site, logistic and after sales support.
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship.
- Proper filing and archiving of all official documents, drawings, correspondences, and electronic submissions related to day-to-day operations of Projects Department.
- Prepare documents for closing of account or handover to maintenance team/client after project completion.
- Any other duties assigned from HOD.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling Projects.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) Alt.
- Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Delta House
