- Proven experience in CyberArk operations and support, with a minimum of 4+years of hands-on experience.
- Professional certifications such as CyberArk Certified Trustee (CCT) or Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE).
- Strong knowledge of privileged access management concepts and CyberArk technologies.
- Single Sign On (SAML 2.0, WS-Fed, OIDC, OAuth 2.0 etc.) for applications (Modern SaaS, Cloud or On-Premises) or legacy applications.
- Fraud Deduction and Risk Based/Step up Authentication.
- Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software.
- Experience working in the area of Cyber Security, focusing on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and cloud based IAM technologies
- Experience delivering IAM strategies, managing projects and teams
- High level technical skill in Identity and Access Management technologies and systems, including identity and access management (IAM) protocols such as SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM and 2-step verification, systems including Azure Active Directory and AWS Active Directory
- Coding / scripting experience with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell
- Deploy and operationalize CyberArk components, such as Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), On-demand Privileges Manager (OPM) etc.
- Document solution design, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and provide knowledge transition to operations and support teams.
