RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct terrain analysis and strategy formulation for long-term business sustainability
- Understand market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Operationalize key drivers with strategic development and planning
- Respond to industry changes by recommending new interests and repositioning strategies
- Formulate business models and implement strategies with appropriate organization design
- Evaluate and present Capex investment proposals to the Group Investment Committee
- Build competencies in target markets to implement shipping business strategy
- Identify organizational opportunities, threats, and risks backed by intelligence collection
- Develop investment options and solutions, leading evaluation, negotiation, and planning processes
- Optimize the portfolio of investments for overall group success
- Manage key relationships and intelligence assets
- Maintain effective network management channels for information dissemination
- Mobilize internal capabilities to address critical challenges
- Promote cross-selling of industrial services within the group
- Review organization and work processes for efficient results delivery
- Ensure teams operate at high performance levels and are motivated
- Develop suitable successors for business continuity and growth
- Cultivate a well-being culture aligned with TPC’s Leadership Coaching Framework
- Promote alignment to well-being mandate in business strategies

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Industrial, Shipping, Logistics, or related industries
- At least 10 years of leadership experience
- Broad knowledge of shipping and logistics, with expertise in at least one segment
- Strong business development experience, including investments and M&A
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and business development capability
- Proficient in leadership and people management
- Experience in Asia or Pan Asia markets
