Job Description:
- Analyze data
- Perform various administrative tasks including:
- Create new part numbers
- Amend existing part numbers
- Raise PRF (Purchase Request Form) for labels
- Raise PO (Purchase Order) for labels
- Communicate with customers for repeat or new orders via calls or emails
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient in Mandarin and English due to need to communicate with bilingual associates.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
