Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to all clients and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Maintain and inspect conference rooms, pantries, and micro market areas, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels.
- Prepare and serve beverages for meetings and events, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate and execute catering setups and conference room arrangements for various functions.
- Liaise with event hosts to plan and source event requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage pantry supplies, including restocking items and maintaining equipment in good condition.
Requirements:
- Minimum N/O Level education.
- At least 1-year experience in a related field, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
