Our client is a leading integrated construction company which provides full suite of engineering services. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Manager to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Project Manager:
- Support the Project Director in project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
- Lead and mentor the project team, establishing guidelines and providing necessary supervision.
- Manage all aspects of the project from award to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports, including Monthly Reports, VO Management, EOT Assessment, and Progress Updates.
- Monitor project schedules and manage daily operations, setting short and long-term goals, and coordinating with other contractors.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.
- Supervise site labor and subcontractors, resolving any construction challenges.
- Oversee quality control and safety on-site, ensuring adherence to Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices and identifying high-risk activities.
- Maintain workplace safety as per the WSH Act.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience
