Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide administrative support to the teachers on a project basis. Administrative duties will generally include:
- Preparation of teaching resources such as Science experiment items and Art lesson materials etc
- In-class support during lessons such as distribution and collection of unused materials, cleaning and packing up after lessons.
- Ad-hoc Data Entry and Management
- General admin duties such as counter / reception duties and other admin duties etc
- Any other related duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager and/or Reporting Officers
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE 'O' or “N” level (or equivalent) with a credit in English
- Proficient in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Preferably have some past experience working in a school environment
