Job Description Of Operation Assistant
1. Assisting in scheduling of transport operations
2. Attending to queries from clients and drivers
3. Track schedules and monitor the progress of jobs
4. Schedule daily jobs based on the priority levels through our systems
5. Ensure that all records are updated and accurate
6. Any other operations-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills
1. At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experiences in transportation and logistics is preferred
2. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
3. Team player with initiative
4. Professionally engage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that needs are adequately met.
5. Able to work 5.5days and on weekends
