Operation Executive
- Location: Redhill
- Working days & hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm
- Salary: $2,500-$3,000 (Based on experience)
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in handling shipping procedures documentation.
Responsibilities
- Preparation all related export shipping documentations.
- Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments to customer.
- Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.
- Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.
- Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
