Job Summary:
The Part time Clinic Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. This role involves managing administrative tasks and providing excellent communication with our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar.
- Handle phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance to patients and staff.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in billing and insurance claim processing.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic’s operations.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
