At Singapore GP, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages and informs. We are looking for highly creative graphic designers who can create effective visual representations in both small and large print formats. Our ideal candidates will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the creative process from concept to the final deliverable. The designers should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. You must have the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.
Responsibilities
• Work on a wide range of projects using various computer software to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet event goals
• Obtain input from various stakeholders, ensuring designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations
• Translate and adapt strategic direction into high quality design within the established brand identity
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing and production teams and meet deadlines on simultaneous projects
• Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include collaterals, large scale signage, marketing materials, digital presentations, web pages, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimally a diploma in graphic design, art or similar discipline
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience for Mid-weight position
• Excellent time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
