Job Description:
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings.
• Define product roadmap based on market insights, tech trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Manage product development process for timely delivery and quality standards.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for messaging and positioning.
• Conduct internal and external product training sessions.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in product management or similar roles within the telecommunications sector.
• Proficient analytical skills and adeptness in utilizing data for informed product decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
