Job Requirements:
1. Working closely with board members to help in the strategic planning process, developing long term goals/objectives and executing strategic initiatives.
2. Offering and recommending solutions to achieve goals and operations of the company.
3. Setting key performance indicators to measure and improve team performance.
4. Coordinating, communicating and liaising with team and operations members ensuring they are aligned with objectives and initiatives of the company.
5. Overseeing management of new product, sales, launch, coordinating with team members to set timelines and milestones and ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
6. Assisting in overseeing operations of the company ensuring processes are efficient and effective including identifying areas for improvement, streamlining workflows and making actionable recommendations.
7. Assisting in evaluating risk factors when making critical business decisions.
8. Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
9. Assist in ad hoc duties as and when assigned by director of the company.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least a degree or equivalent in business management/administration or marketing.
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in consumer audio and acoustic products, manufacturing and marketing via eCommerce portal.
3. At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the designing and formulating of state-of-the-art acoustic products.
4. At least 2 years of working experience in marketing and sales via eCommerce portal in U.S. and other regions.
5. Willing to travel outside Singapore as and when required.
