Job Responsibilities
· Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Cold Calling
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment (cashless).
• Cooperate with the company's promotions to do corresponding promotions
• Be familiar with social media and know how to publish videos， promote promotion and advertisement.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Role Requirement
· Had relevant experience in a beauty salon
• Good personal hygiene and well-groomed
• Well versed in English and Chinese will be an added advantage
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Minimum secondary education with basic computer knowledge preferred
• An independent and initiative individual who plays well in a team
• Meticulous and fast learner
• Friendly and warm personality
• Comprehensive training provided
