Responsibilities
1. Plan production schedules to meet customers’ delivery demand.
2. Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
3. Conduct quality control check.
4. Monitor and check that equipment and machinery are maintained and function properly to prevent downtime and delay in production.
5. Communicate, motivate, supervise and train operators and technicians.
6. Analyse production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
8. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
9. Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed for production.
10. Evaluate subordinates’ performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions if needed.
11. Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
1. Diploma or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field.
2. Two to three years of experience in production supervision or management.
3. Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities (must speak English and Mandarin fluetly)
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
9. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
