Our client, a well-known L6 M&E contractor in the construction industry, is looking for talent as a M&E Quantity Surveyor - Tender.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender submission.
- Preparation of tender quotations including quantity taking-off and check materials or equipment costing from suppliers.
- Competent to interpret the specification, tender documents and drawings.
- Analysing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
- Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
- Prepare pre and post bid tender clarification with consultants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience in M&E quantity surveying - tender for commercial building projects.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
