Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for HR functions and services in the areas of business partnering, medical manpower requirements and projections based on workload analysis, talent acquisitions, employee engagement, staff wellness, talent development and management, sucession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management and promotions for the Clinical Departments.
The Incumbent will :-
- advise and provide support to set up a department or division;
- advise, plan and implement a professional medical stucture to support deliverables of a department or division;
- analyse workload, project and recruit qualified medical doctors to support the operations and services to be provided by a department or division;
- analyse attritions and improve manpower fill rates;
- identify manpower gap and engage Heads proactively to resolve manpower shortage;
- improve quality and/or patient safety by participating in improvement priorities;
- select and implement good practices and protocols for the effective and efficient human resource management of the department or division.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree and additional Diploma in HRM preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum 3 years working as a Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Competent in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint

- Max Salary capped at $8500 per month.
