RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for driving revenue, profit and client satisfaction by working with existing customer base and establishing new customer base
- Proactively identifying new and expansion opportunities for the company, planning for and closing the extension of existing clients.
- Actively involved in meeting sales targets, conducting market research and growing the company’s corporate business, with strong alignment to the company’s vision and growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and objectives
- You will also work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate to establish a positive client experience through delivery excellence.
- Provide overall leadership and management to sales, events, social media and creative departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience & above in events, entertainment, advertising or related field is required
- Good communication, interpersonal relationship with customers & team
- Strong written and presentation communication skills
- Strong command of spoken and written in English & Mandarin
- Strong computer skill, especially Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, energetic & a team leader able to work under pressure
- Resourceful and responsible
