Job Responsibilities
· Order processing, making shipping schedules, vessel bookings
· Coordinate with vendors, supplier, customers, on orders and shipping arrangement
· Documentation - making shipping invoices, accounts closings, support in auditings, etc ;
· Coordinate with various internal departments : shipping , finance, account PIC and receivable monitoring
· Generate more than 50 sets of shipping documents for export of vehicles to 20 destinations monthly by manual as well as system generation
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in any field, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics;
• Preferably with experience in Import and Export, Logistics and Shipping;
• Minimum to have knowledge of MS office;
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
