Responsibilities:
- Enhance and cultivate existing and new accounts to boost sales.
- Manage new leads and foster relationships with current clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient sales and product delivery.
Requirements:
- Preferably have B2B sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil and Gas industries.
- Mechanical and hydraulic background is advantageous.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Preferably have connections with shipowners, ship managers, or contacts in the Oil & Gas/Offshore sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clients.
- Results-driven.
- Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skills, and presentable.
- Preferably own a vehicle with a transport allowance.
